Main Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of the various projects and activities
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc...) required to complete the project
- Serve as liaison with cross-divisional team members to ensure productive and efficient cooperation among the operational units.
- Ensure the cost-effective use of available resources for the implementation of the various projects
- Collaborate closely with the President on developing new initiatives and special projects.
- Set up an activity performance reporting system from the different operational units.
- Plan quarterly operational meetings involving the head of operational units.
- Identify prospect funders, develop, write, review and submit grant proposals and reports in coordination with the President.
- Support development staff in the planning of annual giving campaigns.
- Assessment of staff performance revisiting work scope and key responsibilities.
- Organize a team-building event once a year.
- Planning projects and preparing studies that fit the reality of the local community and target groups, taking into account the marketing agenda of institutions at the local and external levels.
- Implementation of projects: It includes the two processes of organizing and implementing the project so that the organization process focuses on analyzing the reality, setting a detailed time plan, and studying the available human resources, and then the implementation process comes, which is to start implementing the project effectively.
- Monitoring and evaluation is a continuous process that begins since the approval of the project and aims to monitor and evaluate the progress of work during implementation in order to prepare the final evaluation and report on the completion of the work.
- Strengthening the network of relations with local and foreign institutions operating in Lebanon in order to continuously develop work and ensure that services reach all target groups.
Reporting:
- Contribute partially to the preparation of an Annual Report for the organization.
- Compile narrative and financial progress reports and other relevant documents
