- CONSULTANCY DESCRiption
This consultancy is composed of the following main tasks:
- Gathering data
- Analyzing data
- Communicating with the different departments
- Reporting
- Following up on action plans
For each task, the consultant(s) will be working with a designated focal point throughout the duration of the consultancy.
- OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF WORK
Below is a breakdown of the scope of work for each task:
Task 1: Quarterly Risk reports
- Prepare the Credit risk report
- Prepare the operational risk report
- Prepare the compliance risk report
- Prepare the counterparty risk report
- Prepare the liquidity risk report
- Any additional report if needed
Task 2: Vintage analysis report
- Use the existing vintage report and change the formula (given)
- Add charts as agreed with Risk Manager
Task 3: Operational risk report writing and follow up
- Compile the data in excel
- Follow up on action plans described and update the excel
- Fill it in a word document report
Task 4: Migration report
- Update the migration report on a monthly basis
Task 5: Any risk event report 1 day per report
- Gather data related to the risk event from the concerned parties
- Prepare the report
Task 6: Other reports as needed on ad-hoc basis

- QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working with microfinance institutions or non-governmental organizations is a plus
- Excellent analysis and writing skills
- Proficiency in written English and Arabic
- Extensive experience in managing and implementing consultations
- Ability to work in a participatory approach with a certain flexibility
- Professional commitment and ability to work under pressure.
