Data Entry Clerk

Basmeh and Zeitooneh is a registered Lebanese organization, committed to serving refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon, through four community centers across the country. The organization runs educational, relief, livelihoods, and protection programs, and aims to serve as an inclusive and supportive focal point for the entire community.

Main Responsibilities :

1-Collects grades from teachers and coordinators AS and share them with AO.

2-Collects the online data from the IT assistant and shares them with AO.

3-Collects attendance from SS; teachers and students’ attendance.

4- Registration of new students in a well-archived manner with clear information on the students and their families.

5- Outreach for new students

6-Weekly, monthly, yearly reports to AO.

7- Flags any changes or problems observed in attendance.

8- Prepares data for donors reports on a monthly basis and shares them with AO.

10-Assists in collecting data for a pilot study.

11-Coordinates closely with M&E

12-Carrying out the tasks requested by A.O that are in the interest of the work and B&Z.

13- Provide Support to the administrative team when needed

14- Providing support in preparing and copying hard copies of data

15-Keep a hard copy of student and teacher data.

16-Enter data in the Learning platform (students, teachers, groups, cohorts, etc.
