The project is to construct a 15 Km feeder road at the Eastern hills of the village of Arsal to allow easy access for farmers to their lands and reduce production. The scope of work will include roads opening, levelling, base coarse and compaction for the whole length; in addition to 3,500 meters of Asphalt @ 5cm after compaction.
