Industrial Engineering Expert

SCOPE OF WORK:

RI is looking for an expert in Industrial Mechanical Engineering with whom can establish a formal relationship. The expert has to ensure the installation of machines production line properly and provide inputs on the specifications of equipment.    

 

REQUIRED TASKS:                                

The expert will:

  • Review the machines' specifications to fit with the purpose of the factory
  • Work very closely with procurement team to ensure all requirements for the production line are accurate and correct.
  • Answer provider's questions during the tender period
  • Develop technical selection/evaluation criteria to select the most relevant provider
  • Ensure the right delivery of equipment and ensure it is installed properly and matched the requested specifications
  • Supervise and monitor the installation of the machines at the factory place
  • Give final approval upon finalizing the installation process and then turning ON the production line.

Timeframe/Schedule

  • The anticipated level of effort for this assignment is 3 months.

 

Financial Proposal & Payment Arrangements

The consultant will submit a financial proposal includes all costs required for the performance of this assignment, such as the consultant’s fee, any taxes, and travel costs, etc. The contract price will be fixed output-based price, regardless of extension of the specified duration. Payment will be made upon submission and RI’s acceptable of the final deliverables.

 

EXPERT/CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum seven (7) years of relevant, progressively responsible professional experience in the Industrial Mechanical Engineering field with a master degree from respective university.
  • Experience in installing machines/equipment’s line for food processing production line
  • Fluent written and spoken English required; 
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
