The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It currently manages a network of 40 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including Community Health Centers (following the MoPH Primary Healthcare Program), Mobile Medical Units, Elderly Day Care Centers, Hosting Centers for the Differently Abled persons and projects for the displaced and refugees.
In this framework, OML is releasing a Call for Interest for interested bidders to purchase IT Hardware and Equipment (such as Laptops/Tablets, Photocopiers/Printers, HDDs, UPSs, Cabinets & Access Points). The delivery of these products should be across Lebanon (Beirut, North, South & Bekaa). The interested bidder should have sufficient experience in supplying the necessary products (provision of goods, maintenance) as per the set specifications and must be a legally registered company specialized in providing IT Hardware & Equipment. Thus, all bidders should submit the following documents:
- Legal Documents (Commercial Register, Certificate of Registration, VAT Certificate)
- Company Profile showing similar products being supplied in Lebanon for the last 5 years

Interested bidders may ask for the Request for Quotation by sending an email no later than Monday November 08, 2021 to anna-maria.nassour@ordredemalteliban.org with "IT Hardware & Equipment 2575-13" in the subject line. The RFQ will only be shared after the call's deadline.
Bidders who do not submit the required documents mentioned will not be considered for the bid.
