This call for tender will be for the signature of framework agreements valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required per vehicle or per lot with minimum 4 Mini Van and 12 cars for 12 months, including maintenance and insurance.
This call for tender will be conducted using SAWA standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: SAWA Office, Bchara ElKhoury Str., Near Temple, Baalbeck or send an email to tenders@sawagroup.org for receiving the tender documents.
All bids must be submitted no later than 19/12/2020 at 12:00 PM (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope.
SAWA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to SAWA.
A tender opening session will take place on December 22nd 2020 in the SAWA office, Bchara ElKhoury Str., Near Temple, Baalbeck. Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to tenders@sawagroup.org indicating the reference of the tender until 16/12/2020 at 4:00 PM.
