Enumerator-Daily woker

Mada Association is looking for an Enumerator (willing to start immediately)  to participate in conducting a rapid assessment for a social stability project in Bebnine and Sammouniyeh with daily movements in the field, the enumerator will have to interview and survey a given daily target of Lebanese and Syrian community members to collect correct and reliable information according to their specific role in the survey.

Main Tasks: 

• Conduct household visits in the targeted areas.
• Conduct surveys with the identified Lebanese and Syrian household members.
• Recording survey responses using KoBo Toolbox on tablets.
• Ensure high-quality data collection as per the guidance received from the Project Coordinator.
• Report daily to the  Project Coordinator
• Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of data collected and information shared by project beneficiaries.
• Comply with the technical and ethical requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

• Experience in the field of surveys and rapid assessment
• Own car or able to guarantee transportation to the field to perform the assessments
• Knowledge of humanitarian principles and good knowledge of the region and local languages;
• Capability to establish with the persons and families a good and respectful contact in order to ensure the quality of surveys;
• Patience, good personal organization, good communication, and ability to work individually;
• Very good Interpersonal and Diplomatic Skills in beneficiaries-facing situation
