Background
RT is implementing a capacity building project with different stakeholders ( CBOs – SMEs- COOPs ) under the partnership with CARE international and funded by BMZ. One of the capacity building tracks is targeting SME sectors.
Objective of the course
1- Build a good structure for administrative work and process for the existing businesses staff and job seekers.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop the curriculum, materials, and tools as per the initial subjects listed below:
Content
a. Communication skills & coordination
b. Office Archiving
c. Public relations
d. Asset management
e. Writing policies and procedure memos
f. Budgeting and purchasing
g. Labor law
2. Provide ideas and inputs to make the training active and interesting to beneficiaries
3. Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactions
4. Enhance trainee’s performance in their current role; address anticipated changes and full evaluation form.

To use power Point Presentations, videos and case studies in training sessions.
Work with our MEAL officer to fill the MEAL tools..
