Product Development and QA Consultant - SAFI Program

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

The SAFI project supports SMEs in the agri-food sector to scale up and accelerate their business to support import substitution and food security in Lebanon.

The SAFI project seeks a Product Development & QA consultant to assist SMEs in setting the correct procedures to optimize their production process and the quality of their products. The engagement includes a workshop that covers the below points, in addition to one-on-one sessions with the startups for tailored guidance.

• The different quality assurance methodologies, techniques, and regulations
• Standard operating procedures best practices
• Process mapping and process design (Business and operational processes)
• Process troubleshooting and optimization (different problem-solving techniques)

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in production and quality management. 
• Possess strong knowledge in areas related to the export readiness and global standards and regulations.
• Hands on experience managing the full training cycle.
• Exceptional platform delivery and facilitation skills
• Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence entrepreneurs and sales professionals.
