Essential Functions and Areas of Accountability:
Phone Calls:
- Contact beneficiaries to set a baseline appointment.
- Contact the beneficiaries through phone calls in order to make sure that all their personal information which are listed on the beneficiaries’ database are 100% accurate and update this database in case there are any changes related to their personal information.
- Contact the beneficiaries through phone calls in order to inform them about the card distribution date, time and place, and about the cash loadings.
- Inform the beneficiaries that someone from Relief International will be visiting their house in order to do the field assessment. The Outreach Worker should confirm visiting day and time.
- Fill the baseline through phone calls when needed.
Assessment:
- Conduct Household visits to fill the baseline.
- Fill the online referral matrix.
- Identify and repot the additional needs for each assessed family.
- Send and follow-up on referred cases
- Register received complaints
- Accompany cases that needs support at the BOB Finance.
