Call for English Language Trainer

Objective of the course

We are looking for an English Language trainer & teacher with an outstanding track record of teaching English lessons to staff and working individules.

The English teacher will be responsible for the teaching of good speaking, writing and reading skills for     working staff.

To ensure success as an English teacher, the candidate must be qualified in English  language teaching as a second language.

The English teacher must possess a pleasant disposition that will enhance the language skills for a different age groups staff.

We will provide two levels:

1. Beginner level-based placement test
2. Intermediate

Responsibilities:

1. Teach basic English skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
2. Compose lesson plans in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
3. Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.
4. Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.
5. Instruct students about the structure and content of the English language.
6. Teach students the spelling of words, and their meanings.
7. Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction.
8. Teach students the correct pronunciation of words.
9. Teach students to analyze and question media reports, advertisements, and news reports.

Overall Qualifications & Responsibilities

10. English Teacher Requirements:
11. Bachelor’s degree in English and education.
12. Minimum of 5 years experience in a teaching role preferred for non-school approach.
13. The ability to compile lesson plans efficiently.
14. The ability to execute lessons with meaning.
15. Computer Skills

Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactions

Enhance trainee’s performance in their current role; address anticipated changes and full evaluation form
