Tasks & Responsibilities:
Administrating the programs’ full process (open calls, applicants selection, results announcement, follow up with the beneficiaries) under the supervision of Programs Managers;
Preparing workshops and programs events in coordination with the Logistics Coordinator;
Supporting Programs Managers in preparing annual budgets and purchase orders;
Finalizing grant contracts of program beneficiaries and trainers under the supervision of the Programs Managers;
Grants and data management of programs beneficiaries;
Reporting to Programs Managers about the progress of programs implementation in different formats (figures, drafts of reports, graphic visualization, etc.);
Providing Programs Managers and Communications Department with required information on contracts processes and news announcements of benefecaries;
Keeping all data related to programs well organized and easily accessible at all times;
Maintaining an open communication channel with all beneficiaries;
Being knowledgeable and staying informed on developments in the culture sector as well as general socio-political changes, in the Arab region; and
Performing other tasks related to the programs if needed.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree in management, social sciences, and/or humanities. Master degree is an additional asset;
At least three years experience in a post with similar responsibilities;
Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written), French is an additional asset;
Strong computer and internet research skills;
Expertise in managing databases and shared drives; and
Knowledge of the cultural scene in Lebanon and in the Arab region in general is an additional asset.
