Web Development Trainer

Description:

The web development trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering web development workshops in different locations including Palestinian camps and gatherings as well as monitoring and reporting on the technical and interpersonal skills of participants. The trainer will also be required to contribute to the technological improvement of the center’s activities.

Duties:

• Prepare and deliver web development workshops
• Monitor and report on the technical and interpersonal development of participants
• Support project’s internal monitoring and evaluation
• Performs other job-related tasks such as following up with the attendance sheet and communicating with the participants.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Knowledge in backend and frontend web development
• Knowledge in Web Development Languages such as JavaScript, PHP, HTML
• Deep knowledge in Web Development Platforms including Joomla, WordPress, …
• Previous experience in teaching and/or workshop delivery is a plus
• Previous experience in curriculum development is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English
