Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all related parties to facilitate trainings available in the Annual Workplan for teachers, trainers, and PITB staff.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of trainings, workshops, and events: booking the venues, preparing the needed equipment and logistics, invitation list, securing the catering, printing training modules, etc.
- Collect training attendance sheets and enter all relevant data on the relevant database to generate reports.
- Ensure efficient use of the Training Management System (TMS)
- Collect data of the training evaluation forms.
- Obtain signatures on the attendance sheets and transfer them to the Finance Manager.
- Quality review and proofreading of the presented materials and training modules and feedback tracking.
- Prepare work plans and report updates on progress of all projects on a regular basis and as needed.
- Coordinate between different stakeholders to ensure the technical review of the developed digitalized materials.
- Provide technical assistance and quality control of self-paced interactive training modules.
- Oversee the overall implementation of the training activities in accordance with the set Annual Workplan.
- Ensure CRDP, UNICEF, and donor’s visibility during trainings.
- Ensure proper documentation of all training sessions and prepare reports as required
- Secure archiving and maintain a digital and hard copy of documents (outputs of the joint project between CERD and UNICEF).
- Carry out any other executive tasks assigned by CRDP President and by the Senior Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Education, or any related field
- Proven experience with donor-funded projects is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus

Salary per month:
Between USD 2,000 and USD 3,000 (Bank transfer in Lollar)
