Stock Controller

General objectives and tasks:

• Tracking shipments for the safe receiving of the item.
• Overseeing inventory to maintain accurate stock keeping.
• Act to prevent overstocking and running out of stock.
• Submitting purchase details (vendor’s information).
• Devising ways to optimize inventory/ perform monthly reports.
• Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortage.
• Collaborate with other supervisors (Sales and Refurbishment) to determine supply need.
• Manage daily purchases and outputs on the stock management system: Cistech.
• Check simple administrative documents (invoices, slips, purchase orders).
• Supervise, and oversee the stock keepers and train them when necessary.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse staff.
• Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
• Maintain and update daily records, and validate purchases and pricing reports.
• Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday from 08:00 am till 04:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am till 1:00 pm.

Contract Type: CDD 1 year(Renewable).
