RFQ ALA-PCRB-231 Mini Trucks

1. Purpose

ARK Group DMCC, on behalf its partner Ahlam Lajae Association, is seeking to procure mini trucks for solid waste management. 

2. Instructions:

Quotation currency should be in USD, with a unit price, sub-total and total price visible in case of multiple items or quantity requested. If the bidder wishes to offer one or more alternative in terms of specifications, price or delivery time, please fill in one 'Quotation Form' for each alternative. 
The bidder may also submit their quotation using their own letterhead/format provided all information requested below is included.
The price must be inclusive of all costs, including but not limited to packaging, transportation to delivery location, customs charges, installation and VAT.

3. Submission:

Bids must be submitted by e-mail to procurement@al-association.org, or by hand to the ALA representative mentioned above by 15 January 2022 (18:00 EET) . Please contact ALA at oafifi@al-association.org in case of any questions regarding the RFQ. 

Evaluation:
Quotations will be evaluated based on: (1) technical merit: specifications, delivery time, length of warranty, past performance and (2) price. Please note delivery timeframe is an important consideration for the evaluation process. Bidders are encouraged to submit the earliest possible delivery date.

4. Award of Contract:

The successful supplier will be issued a Purchase Order, with payment terms negotiated in arrears matching to completion of works/delivery of equipment as applicable. Payment will be made in USD (fresh money). ALA can not make any 100% advance payments to the selected supplier.
