Position Aim: 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Web Development Trainer to be responsible for preparing and delivering web development workshops in Wavel camp and nearby gatherings as well as monitoring and reporting on the technical and interpersonal skills of participants. The trainer will also be required to contribute to the technological improvement of the center’s activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver web development workshops
• Monitor and report on the technical and interpersonal development of participants to the youth coordinator at SHAHD
• Support project’s internal monitoring and evaluation
• Performs other job-related tasks such as following-up with the attendance sheet and communicating with the participants.
• Attend meetings and training workshops that are related to Web Development and Technology-based training.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Knowledge in backend and frontend web development
• Knowledge in Web Development Languages such as JavaScript, PHP, HTML
• Deep knowledge in Web Development Platforms including Joomla, WordPress, …
• Previous experience in teaching and/or workshop delivery is a plus
• Previous experience in curriculum development is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Education Degree Details:
