Sales Data Management and Customer Relationship Management Expert/Trainer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver business management workshops that are in alignment with e-commerce strategies

Monitor and report on the technical and interpersonal development of participants to the coordinator at BIAT

Support project’s internal monitoring and evaluation

Performs other job-related tasks such as following-up with the attendance sheet and communicating with the participants.

Technical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant degree

Minimum of 5 year of professional experience

Knowledge in Sales Data Management and Customer Relationship Management

Previous experience in teaching and/or workshop delivery is a plus

Previous experience in curriculum development is a plus

Fluent in Arabic and English
