The Request for Quotation should meet the following requirements:
- A medium-sized venue (around 100–120 sqm shooting space) that is suitable for a talk-show, located in a calm, private area away from any outside disturbance or visitor traffic.
- Availability for at least 30 days between January and December 2022.
The days of shooting will be decided according to a schedule agreed with the successful supplier. DRI will send an email to reserve the venue beforehand and in coordination with the supplier. - In addition to the shooting area, the venue should include a bathroom, and a small private area or room for dressing (including mirror, desk, chair, lockers, etc.) and a kitchen.
- The venue should be furnished with a table, chairs, couch, preferably a library, and any other item suitable for a small talk-show. Please find the below indicative mood-board with the preferred styles.
- Utilities should be available (continuous electricity with a minimum of 30 Amps, air conditioning units, parking spots, WIFI, etc.).

- The offer should provide two price options: a price for full-day use, and another as a monthly price;
- The prices must be fixed and inclusive of all taxes and utility fees (electricity, common space cost, etc.);
- The contract will be awarded on the basis of best value for money;
- The evaluation procedure is confidential;
- The successful bidder will be informed in writing that their quotation has been accepted;
- The submission of a quote does not entail any commitment on the part of DRI, either financial or otherwise;
- Possibility of payment via bank transfer from DRI headquarters in Germany if the offer is advantageous – bank fees will be incurred the winning provider.
