- Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management and Public Administration, or similar
- Minimum Ten years of relevant local/regional experience in the Implementation and Management of capacity development projects, local governance/decentralization, research, and related projects at national and/or sub-national levels using strategic, evidence-based, and innovative approaches
- Publication or drafting of at least 3 high qualities reports for the public/private sector and submission of unedited writing reports for evaluation purposes
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
