Proud Lebanon is looking for a trainer on video-making.
The trainer should encourage promoting messages on violence prevention and gender equality and to provide youth with a tool to share their stories. The participants will be offered training on video-making, story-telling and online campaigning. Over the course of four months, to teach them the video-making techniques including sound, lighting, composition, editing and post-production, and techniques for effective campaigning, script-writing and storytelling.
Besides the trainer should be providing a tool to multiply outreach and sharing of messages with the wider community, the skills acquired in the training will increase the youth’s chances for income generation. 

Applicants should submit CV and motivation letter together with a draft training and coaching plan, covering the content for 4 months training and outlining the approach for 1 month coaching to be sent to both emails: Info@ProudLebanon.org and ProudLebanon@gmail.com until January 31, 2022.

Conditions of service and Management

• The duration of the contract is four months.
• The contractor will report to Proud Lebanon’s Director. 
• Contractor should maintain a training report and comply with all other Proud Lebanon’s regulations such as checklists and invoices. Proud Lebanon's management retains the right to suspend payment on non-compliance of terms or in the event of poor-quality work. These decisions will not be taken arbitrarily but in consultation with all relevant stakeholders.
• Contractor should abide by all Proud Lebanon’s internal regulations including the code of conduct, PSEA, Speak UP among others. 

Remuneration: installments will be paid by the end of each month after submission of the report.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in videography (DSLRs, DV cams, sound recording, editing on Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Experience in delivering training and coaching on video making
• Experience in working on campaigning and social media, preferably related to SGBV and gender.
• Fluency in Arabic, English is a plus
