Graphic Designer

The Lebanese Transparency Association - No Corruption (LTA) is looking to hire a Graphic Designer who is big on new and fresh ideas. Someone who’s multicultural, innovative and creative, who can definitely influence with their visual communication and can leave an impact by materializing groundbreaking ideas.

The work revolves around a variety of visuals and demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time and deadlines.

Role and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:

• Developing a range of design pieces from social media posts, artworks, covers, brochures, logos, info graphs, signs, stickers, web pages, annual reports, to full scale branding and communication materials and projects, while respecting LTA’s identity and branding;
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required;
• Liaising with the Communications & Media Unit and LTA Executive Staff to determine their requirements;
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief;
• Managing requests from design to production;
• Ensuring branding consistency and that the brand communicates LTA’s message to the targeted audiences in a memorable and recognizable way;
• Ensuring that design work is aligned with other methods of communication.

Required Skills

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• 2+ years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design;
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Provide a full range of graphic design support;
• Conceptualize and design banners, posters, publications, and related web and print materials;
• Provide creative input for all assigned graphic projects;
