(WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement 2 (QITABI 2) Project, formally invites bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit a bidder’s request to receive the full Request For Proposal (RFP) for Procurement of Software Solutions: Document Management and Correspondence System (DMCS) and Financial Budgeting Management System (FBMS). The RFP, including all specifications, terms & conditions is available by sending an email to: procurement@qitabi.org between February 1, 2022, and February 14, 2022.
Final bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to WL - QITABI 2 Beirut offices on February 21, 2022, no later than 5:00 PM Beirut time.
