The trainer will be responsible for developing the teams financial practices, mentoring and following up through practical application, and training on the following:
- Developing and improving financial records and processes.
- Developing new financial templates and improving existing ones.
_ Developing and improving the procurement and inventor management processes.
- Building the teams skills in running bidding process, and preparing all required documents (Quotation forms, ToRs...) from beginning to end.
- Using Quickbooks application for recoring and tracking project expenses and financial operations.
- Making sure all documents are compliant to auditing requirements.
