Junior IT Support Technician

  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  5. Setting up accounts for new users
  6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  7. Enrolling newly recruited employees on the finger print machine
  8. Ability to follow up on tasks as listed and prioritized on the service desk tickets portal
  9. Ability to document and report on finished/pending task

  • Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
  • Solid PC skills with knowledge of various software applications used for testing, formatting and troubleshooting
  • Organized
  • good communicator
  • Independent with high level of concentration and commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure

Excellent knowledge in computers, communications systems, and technology
