Teacher-Baalbek

The teacher will deliver Physically and Remotely:

1. Homework support to children enrolled in primary and intermediate grades
2. Foreign Language support to children enrolled in primary and intermediate grades

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing qualitative educational support to the children benefiting from the educational programs.
• Planning and implementing lessons as per the directions of the technical team.
• Preparing a file for each child as per the directions of technical team, monitoring their educational and developmental progress, suggesting and implementing extra supportive actions where needed.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for the child.
• Keeping an ongoing positive communication with the parents.
• Teaching and educating students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care.
• Deliver assessment methods that allow all students achieve their full potential.
• Record each child’s classroom attendance, reporting any absences and highlighting any absences which require follow-up by the outreach staff.
• Actively supervise students during recess time.
• Responsible for submitting daily timesheet to the line manager.
• Participate in the trainings and follow up meetings conducted by TDH It Team.
• Contributing to the ongoing operations of the centers in any other way required.
