MEAL Coordinator

A full-time MEAL coordinator to work with the team in designing and implementing MEAL tools for the evaluation of the center’s projects.

The MEAL Coordinator will have to:

• Design and adapt a MEAL tool for the evaluation of the center’s projects
• Work with the different teams in implementing MEAL tools in accordance with donor request and centers needs
• Support in the analysis of the data to inform project implementation
• Train and educate staff and partners on MEAL
• Display adherence to the organization’s mission
• Organize capacity building trainings and educational workshops for NCC staff and AUB in general

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s in a relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with local Governing bodies and communities or in an NGO
• Knowledge of the Lebanese municipal context and development processes and institutions
• Knowledge in the environmental and development sector
• Knowledge of donors and agencies such as USAID, EU, etc.
• Demonstrable competencies in setting up MEAL systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, able to work under minimal supervision
• Very good writing skills
• Great organizational skills
• Knowledge of academic setting is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Fluency in English. French and Arabic are assets
