Crisis Management Solution development tender

The Lebanese Red Cross or LRC was a major player and coordinator in the delivery of assistance to the people affected by Beirut Sea port explosion and disaster of the 4th of August 2020, the LRC acquired the experience on how to dispatch all types of support and relief material to the population in the affected blast area and the coordination between the different players that provided the relief and support.

The LRC would like to have a custom software solution that will be deployed in the future in the case of any disaster and that can scale to support all involved parties in the relief efforts.

The solution should be able to scale up to support thousands of users and be the repository for all involved parties i.e.: 

- Affected people by the incident, where they can call and ask for assistance, via different means: phone calls, online application, emails, other 

- Government Agencies 

- Relief agencies 

- Local NGO 

- International NGO
