Mada is a non-partisan, non-sectarian Lebanese NGO that aims to reinforce the relationship between local communities and their natural environment for the satisfaction of their substantial needs.
Mada was established in Lebanon in 2000 and registered under decree #4336-AD 242 from MoI on Oct. 2000.

Purpose of Assignment 

Mada Association is looking for a framework agreement for a rented vehicle for its operations in the country. The vehicles will be based in our office in Tripoli, but work will be done throughout the country.

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

The quote must include two parts as follows:

• Technical Section

• Company background must be available; since the technical evaluation will be assessed regarding the above section.
•  Experience of providing similar services; 
• Company documents (Business registration / commercial registry / tax registration);

• Financial Section

• The quotation must include the following details since the financial evaluation will be assessed regarding the above section.

• Rental Price per Month (To be offered in dollars and the VAT in Lebanese Pounds Only)
• Monthly car rental of a 2x4 sedan vehicle; ( Elantra, Sunny or similar)
• Monthly Car rental of a 2x4 small vehicle ( Picanto, Spark, or similar)
• Monthly car rental of a 4x4 vehicle;(Tucson, Sportage, Xtrail, or similar)
• Monthly car rental of 2x2 Mini Bus (14 passengers) (H1, Hiace, or similar)
• Service Details included in the offer
• All-inclusive (touts risqué) full Insurance coverage including mechanical and physical damages.
• Maintenance terms and coverage;
• All cars must contain a fire extinguisher, Triangle, First Aid kit
• Validity Offer (at least 60 days)

• Payment method of bid winner shall be by:   Bank Wiring Transfer or Bank Letter

Mada Association is requesting economical cars of 2x4 and 4x4 for rent for a different period but the contract must last for 12 months and it will commence (01/05/2022 – 01/05/2023) in North Lebanon
