ADRA Lebanon is seeking interested qualified contractors experienced in water projects for the implementation of an elevated plastic water tank 10,000 Liters in one of the refugees’ camp in Al Faour Village.

- Background / More detailed description: ADRA Lebanon in cooperation with ADRA Slovakia is implementing the project WASH Intervention and Sustainable Energy Infrastructure for Syrian Refugees and Lebanese in Bekaa. Result of the project is to deliver functioning elevated water tank connected to an existing well and to each tent in the informal settlement of p-code 042 (and connected to 040 and 041 camps). The contractor will provide the work in coordination with ADRA Lebanon staff, landlord of the camp and the community representative (Shawish).

Submission of Bids:
Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above, on Thursday 24 March 2022 by 1:00 pm. Offers should be submitted in a sealed envelope to ADRA’s office in Bekaa.
Address: Zahle – High Way near Daman Building, Mohamad Allaw Building, First Floor.
The sealed envelope should be clearly labelled with the name of the Contractor and the subject line: “Installation of one Elevated Plastic Water Tank (10,000 Liters) in Al Faour 042 Camp”.
The sealed envelope should contain:
- A signed and stamped BoQ (file of ADRA).
- Detailed work schedule (timeline)
- Company profile and registration documents.
- Documents of previous experience with NGOs and similar projects.
Offers will be analyzed for financial and administrative evaluation:
- Best value of money
- Legal documents and registration of the company
- Experience in similar projects
- Detailed work plan
If two companies have the same criteria, the company that submitted the sealed bid first will be considered.
On-site visit for consulting questions related to the tender will take place in camp 042 in Al Faour Village- Zahle District and will be organized by ADRA Lebanon within the expected timeframe 22.03.2022 at 11:00 a.m.
As a result of the evaluation, an agreement (contract) will be signed between ADRA and the selected company, where the way of payment will be mentioned in the contract and will be done by direct transfer from Slovakia to the company’s Fresh Money account in USD.
