Administrative Assistant- Beirut

Responsibilities:

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

Facilitates meetings with beneficiaries

Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Making reservation arrangements.

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

Assisting our supply department by calling for quotations in the region. 

Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations.

Using excel profeiciently to add data of the program.

Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
