Medical Office Coordinator - Makassed Hospital

• Job Objective: 

The Medical office coordinator will perform administrative duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures.

• Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree in public health or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare sector would be a plus.

• Essential Functions / Task Groups:
• Coordinate with the affiliated universities regarding the rotation and internship training of medical students and graduates.
• Organize and facilitate the general functioning of the medical office.
• Manage registrations of medical doctors for examinations (International foundation of medicine (IFOM) & the Arab Board for medical specializations)
• Coordinate & make liaison between internal departments regarding resident recruitment, rotations & affiliation agreements.
• Screen, review and verify the applications and credentials of medical staff and house staff physicians.
• Coordinate medical rotations and elective training of medical students and interns in clinical departments.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for medical interns and residents.
• Receive, get approval, and disseminate the monthly schedules and teaching activities of medical staff and house staff physicians​​​​​​​

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
