- 10+ years of experience in conducting gender, GBV, and VAWG related research
- Has worked on more than 10 studies specific to gender empowerment, GBV, and VAWG in Lebanon
- Extensive experience in conducting baseline / endline studies and project evaluations
- Has in-depth knowledge of the OECD-DAC methodology
- Knowledgeable of Outcome Harvesting Techniques
- Well versed in the design and usage of qualitative and quantitative tools
- Has previous experience in conducting studies for international organizations
- Able to synthesize large data sets to reach conclusions and strategic recommendations
- In-depth knowlege of the Lebanese context
- Higher education degree from a top-tier English language university
- Has excellent writing skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
