Record Keeping Intern

The intern will be supporting the finance team in the following tasks:

• Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees
• Typing reports, letters and other business documents
• Sorting and compiling the monthly reports supporting documents.
• Sorting mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate employees
• Taking minutes of meeting as needed
• Support in other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• BT or TS Degree in a related field
• Up to one year of professional experience in an administrative or financial position.
• High level of computer literacy and word-processing skills essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and other software.
• Fluent in Arabic language skills
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
