Codi is looking to hire a passionate, organised, and analytical individual who can join the team as an Operations Analyst to support the Management team to drive Codi to scale. This is a multi-faceted role across key areas of responsibility and will require excellent organisation and communication skills. Codi Operations Analyst (part of the Tripoli Branch team) will primarily report to the Codi Director. The position is based in Codi Tripoli in Mina (map link: https://goo.gl/maps/SbXvfYfzZSMEFjVr7). The Operations Analyst might need to do some travelling between Codi branches.
Responsibilities (incl. deliverables):
Student outreach & recruitment: responsible for all Codi applicant enquiries, streamlining student outreach and recruitment processes for Codi’s Core and Computer Literacy (CL) programmes in Tripoli region / North Lebanon
Life-skills: responsible for sourcing Life-skills local partners in Tripoli (and coordinate with Central Team for ‘Group wise’ content partners), as well as collecting / distributing student feedback to local providers
Impact monitoring support: monitoring and evaluating current students through 1:1 interviews and skills assessment (feeding into Codi Central Team Analyst)
Branch procurement and student financial management: supporting the Codi Director in procurement of office supplies / branch requirements based on local team needs, and managing student related financials (e.g. transportation management)
Branch admin support: support the Codi Tripoli team on general administrative tasks (e.g. daily communication on key Codi digital channels / management of students’ database / Codi Tripoli internal and external operational documentation)
Profile Requirements:
Highly motivated, proactive, autonomous, organised and dependable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft / Google products (especially Excel and Sheets)
Fast-learner, happy to work independently and good teamplayer
Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Candidate - What we look for:
