Research Assistant

DESCRIPTION: 

The Centre for Lebanese Studies is looking to recruit a Research Assistant. The advertised position is junior level.

Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

• Support the project’s Technical Advisor with updating the MOOC content 
• Support in selecting Educators to participate in the Blended Learning programme 
• Support in facilitating workshops during the blended learning programme 
• Support in writing mid and end of project reports 
• Support in creating and disseminating social media content about the project 
• Support in creating website content about the project 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related social science field
• 2-5 years of experience in the field of Education 
• Experience in Education technology 
• Experience in working with teachers and facilitating interactive workshops 
• Reporting skills in both English and Arabic 
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (Spoken and Written) 

Desirable Qualifications:

• knowledge and experience in themes related to assessment, curriculum development, inclusive education and/or PSS/SEL

The Research Assistant will report the above activities to the Project Manager.
