- Preparing assignment forms and coordinating with the assets focal point to update the assets register.
- Following up with the suppliers for the items warranty in case of damage.
- Preparing the damage reports when needed.
- Receiving the goods from the suppliers.
- Assisting with the preparation of GRN (Goods Received Note) as per the need.
- Providing the program team with estimated prices upon request.
- Preparing cash advance requests and settlement.
- Updating the suppliers’ data base.
- Assisting with the identification of new suppliers.
- Updating on a regular basis the purchase requests tracker and contracts lease tracker.
- Updating the list of communication postpaid lines.
- Requesting and cancelling upon need postpaid lines.
