Operational Activities:
- Communicate necessary information with related parties
- Provide support to staff in the secondary healthcare unit and in staff in the IP project
- Ensure proper contact and communication with hospitals (contracted and for new agreements)
- Preparation for new contracts for signature
- Preparation of tools for data collection
- Follow-up on proper implementation, monitoring visits, and reporting
- Prepare patients files, issue invoices, and payments
- Meet regularly with PC to discuss budget and challenges
- Meet regularly with HoD
General Duties:
- Follow Caritas Lebanon operational policy and procedures
- Respect the internal policies and procedures for example: dress code, attendance, discipline, etc.
- Complete schedules, activity planners, monitor staff availability, and act against any shortfalls
- Resolve any staff issues and escalate any unresolved issues to the related manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
