Secondary Healthcare Coordinator

Operational Activities:

  • Communicate necessary information with related parties
  • Provide support to staff in the secondary healthcare unit and in staff in the IP project
  • Ensure proper contact and communication with hospitals (contracted and for new agreements)
  • Preparation for new contracts for signature
  • Preparation of tools for data collection
  • Follow-up on proper implementation, monitoring visits, and reporting
  • Prepare patients files, issue invoices, and payments
  • Meet regularly with PC to discuss budget and challenges
  • Meet regularly with HoD

General Duties:

  • Follow Caritas Lebanon operational policy and procedures
  • Respect the internal policies and procedures for example: dress code, attendance, discipline, etc.
  • Complete schedules, activity planners, monitor staff availability, and act against any shortfalls
  • Resolve any staff issues and escalate any unresolved issues to the related manager
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Knowledge:

Other Qualifications: 

  • Communication, writing, analytical and negotiation skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field

Computer Literacy:

  • MS-Word / MS-Excel
