- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Follow up and update the project coordinator on the trainings progress
- Ensure proper follow up on all actions related to the projects.
- Report to the project coordinator the actions and plans needed for approval.
- Assuming administrative and reporting responsibilities.
- Prepare the Training Material and curriculum
- Prepare and conduct the Food Drying training for trainees.
- Organization of the training sessions (room preparation, attendance sheets, needed Material, etc.)
- Developing a tailored learning plan to introduce the principles of food drying associated with food quality and safety in food production.
- Assist in procuring the training Materials
- Provide weekly reports to measure progress, identify barriers to learning and recommend action to overcome barriers.
- Reporting on a regular basis to the project coordinator on progress towards learning objectives
- Prepare Training report
- Any other tasks assigned
- Translating the values and culture of the organization. Ensuring that the ethical and professional standards of care and practice are met
- Undertaking any other task that the management of the organization finds appropriate and in line with this job description
- Support occasionally/upon necessity in other projects, administrative, and secretarial functions
- Supervise technical quality of the work/project(s) implementation
- Work occasionally on weekends and/or afternoons/evenings to attend meetings, events or to organize activities related to the project(s).
