Clinical Psychologist

1.Assessment & Assessment Supervision

• Oversee the assessment department of a transdisciplinary education center, including training and supervising psychological staff in administering and interpreting comprehensive assessment batteries that evaluate cognitive, academic, behavioral, psychological, neuropsychological, psychomotor, and speech functioning of children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Administer psychological assessments.
• Interpret test result data from a theoretical framework and write reports that draw upon the strengths of the client and his/her support network.
• Develop and provide culturally appropriate, individualized recommendations and intervention strategies.
• Provide feedback to children and parents regarding their child’s strengths and weaknesses.

JD for Clinical Psychologist / Head of Assessment Department

• Update and maintain report writing templates, grammar guides, recommendation databases, intake questionnaires, behavioral observation guidelines, and various protocol procedures.
• Lead weekly psychological assessment team seminars.
• Provide frequent in-service trainings and consultation to transdisciplinary staff.

2.Therapeutic Services & Therapeutic Services Supervision:

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families.
• Supervise clinical psychologists providing psychotherapy.
• Support psychologists in case conceptualization and treatment plan formulation and implementation.
• Supervise the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the implementation of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) day treatment program.
• Foster a growth mindset among the staff, characterized by an attitude of life-long learning, teamwork, collaboration, transparency, and ethical professionalism.
• Develop workshops for private and public-school teachers to raise awareness on the effects of psychological disorders on academic performance and to promote inclusive teaching strategies.
