- The LTA will be managed by the research and evaluation team at UNICEF. The LTA manager will manage all communications, in turn, the contractor is expected to assign a communication focal point. A specific staff member from UNICEF will be assigned to manage each contract issued under this LTA.
- The contractor will commit to provide revisions based on provided feedback from UNICEF.
- The payment schedule will be agreed on before the signature of each individual contract based on deliverables, on a basis that UNICEF cannot proceed with the first payment until at least one deliverable is submitted and accepted.

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for the issuance of LTAs for Research and Evaluation services to UNICEF Lebanon as stipulated in the attached LRPS. Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to LRPS-2022-9174638.
You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal by e-mail ONLY to: lebtender@unicef.org not later than 12:00h, 23 May 2022, otherwise it will be considered invalid.
Proposals should be sent by email ONLY to lebtender@unicef.org in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, 23 May 2022: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.
- Email for technical proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.
- Email for price proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.
Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
