• Participating in project development and planning

• Following up on projects implementation, monitoring and evaluation

• Developing projects budgets and work plans

• Identifying programme research needs

• Reporting on program and projects progress

• Liaising or coordinating with partners and experts for projects implementation

• Developing project documents, proposals, background papers, and briefs

• Contributing to projects related human and financial resource mobilization

• Performing other duties as requested by the Head of Programs

Application Submission Guidelines

• Prior experience in a non-profit organization with focus on youth or children or drug prevention, or development at large

• Prior experience in project management and implementation

• Experience in Budgeting

• Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data

• Efficient time management and the ability to think outside the box to meet expectations.

• Ability to work both under direction and autonomously with a “can-do” attitude.

• Fully proficient in Arabic and English.

• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
