Main Responsibilities:
Plan and implement Life skills sessions adapted to the youth profile and needs following the methodologies set by the livelihood department.
Encourage the development of positive peer relationships among program participants.
Guide and track youth development following life skills sessions.
Contribute to the development/revision of sessions materials based on field observations and relevant trainings.
Provide comprehensive reports along the year including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative.
Ensure the success of the organized activities respecting logistical, administrative and communication processes aligned with donor’s rules and requirements.
Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection and validation through different M&E tools (surveys, database…)
Maintain the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).
Provide lessons learned from the field and suggest improvements regarding the activities’ implementation.
Refer CP, GBV and youth with special needs cases to the case manager for a professional intervention and follow up (direct intervention and/or external referral as needed).
Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program.

Soft Skills: (1) Strong organizational and team working skills. (2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
