Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver child rights awareness sessions with adolescents and their caregivers.
• Lead on
• To oversee the day-to-day activities of conducting participatory action research with adolescents and their caregivers
• To ensure the overall research and project activities move forward with the agreed timeline and principles as per donor agreements, as well as SCI and NABAD.
• To plan and monitor community initiatives based on the findings of the participatory action research.
• Undertake all administrative and office related to ensuring the successful implementation of tasks and the project activities
• Work on creating a system for proper documentation
• Attend meetings – both programmatic and technical on regular basis
• Submit weekly and monthly reports documents all activities and services provided.
• Facilitate and encourage a safe, confidential, and peer-supportive environment among group participants
• Establish rapport/trust with the community and group members
• Ensure confidentiality and security of the data
• Maintain the archiving system up to date (both in hard and soft copies).
• Provide lessons learned from the field and suggest improvements regarding the activities’ implementation.
• Refer CP, GBV and youth with special needs cases to the case manager for a professional intervention and follow up (direct intervention and/or external referral as needed).

• Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program.
• Undertake any other duty as may be assigned by the PM.
