1.1. Purpose
SOS is planning to buy two vehicles (4 wheels) and one Van for our SOS Programs with a detailed specifications and safety conditions.
This Call for Tender includes a description of the required assets and instructions to be followed to take part in the tendering process.
1.2. Information needed
The supplier must provide the below profile info in response to the tender
(a) Name of the Bidder
(b) Status of the Bidder
(c) Address & contact of the Bidder
(d) VAT number of the bidder
(e) Details of the vehicle offered by the bidder

2. Tender procedure schedule
The tender is open from the 20/05/2022 to 30/05/2022.
Tender submission and schedule of the work are as follows.
Launch of the Tender 20/05/2022
Close of the Tender 30/05/2022
Evaluation of received tenders and selection of the awarded Tender 31/05/2022
Informing suppliers with the approved and rejected bids 01/06/2022
