Wood Confection trainer

Responsibilities:

• Introducing to electronics.
• Introduction to wood, related tools, wood design……
• Introduction to candles, its materials, design…
• Giving training on advanced 3D design ensuring that the beneficiaries are able to print the 3D design by themselves.
• Giving training on candles’ making and creating (Fragrance, soy wax fragrant….).
• Presenting advanced wood working (through learning kinematics, linkages, jigsaw and wood turning machine)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any related degree.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years' relevant experience in wood confection.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage with community members in an open manner, maintain confidentiality and respect.
• Positive and professional attitude, able to organize.
• Works well in a team, flexible, and able to handle pressure well and able to move in the field.
• Computer literacy preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking and analysis competencies.

Documents to be provided:

• Training syllabus / agenda.
• Total cost including number of hours and/or days + cost per hours and/or day.

Reporting

The Wood confection trainer shall report to the project manager.
