Request for Quotations - Backup Solar Power System

Mada Association is hereby soliciting bids for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of backup solar power systems to run its Tripoli Office. EDL subscription will be maintained, while private (generator) subscription will be cancelled.

Please refer to the description below to estimate power consumption and reply with:

Company profile, including registration documents and proof of similar experience;

Tentative technical proposal (to be confirmed upon conducting a site visit);

Financial proposal, including payment terms and noting Mada's VAT-exempt status;

Applicable warranties on panels, frames, inverters, batteries, and any other components prone to defects and failure;

Timeline for the site visit, approval process, and complete installation.

Kindly note that each bidder may submit more than one proposal to account for variations in technologies/components and sizing margins. Please include one variant in which the central AC unit is replaced by a 12000 BTU Split AC and all light bulbs by LED.

All offers must comply with applicable standards, and mounting structures and safety equipment must be covered by warranties.
