SCI is in the process of conducting an End of Project Evaluation for the Dutch Grant. The attached TOR and Evaluation Criteria have been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response, should you wish.

Application process and requirements:

Responses should be submitted no later than 10th of June 2022 at 17:00 GMT+2 Lebanon by Paper Submission or by email:

Paper Submission:

• Bids to be submitted to Tehouita Highway, Furn el chebbak, Pikasso building – Reception - Ground floor, Beirut, Lebanon
• Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to Save the Children Int. Lebanon
• The envelope should clearly indicate the pre-qualification reference number: Dutch EoP evaluation, but contain no other details relating to the bid.

Email Submission:

Interested consultants/consultancy firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals to the following email address: leb.procurement@savethechildren.org using the following subject line “ PR82454 Dutch MoF EoP Evaluation”.

Proposals must include the following:

• Outline of evaluation framework and methods, analysis techniques, proposed time frame and work plan
• Proposed evaluation budget and proposed payment schedule aligned with deliverables schedule (Proposals over 10 pages will be automatically excluded)
• CVs and evidence of past evaluation papers for each team member
• Example of previously conducted evaluation
