Job Description
• Contribute in writing research proposal
• Draft a clear plan and timeline of the assignment
• Assist in conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research
• Conduct desk review using available literature on the youth policies
• Contribute in analyzing data & literature reviews articles, working papers and posts relevant to topics requested
• Assist in focus groups and experts round table
• Contribute in drafting briefs and learning documents, presentations and study reports
• Support with the write up of letters, articles, reports, and summary notes
• Support in the development and revision of office and project policies
• Contribute to publications, take notes at meetings
• Assist with preparation of educational and training workshops
• Prepare background material for planning, monitoring and exercise
• Assist in developing research practices
• Draft a policy paper and/or policy paper on NYP
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, public policy, political science, journalism or related field
• Over 1 years of NGO experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research and reporting
• Experience conducting quantitative research using various platforms highly desirable
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
• High-level proficiency in Arabic & English (reading, writing and speaking)
